If you bought a door from them, you can forget about them. Not a month, not two, or even half a year later. On phones they do not answer, if you call from another number, then include innocent sheep, promise to deliver / come / install. But in the agreed terms they are not and again there is silence, nobody answers the calls. Strongly advise them to bypass their office.
Our family faced the unscrupulousness of this office. Managed to deliver a broken box from the door. Agreed on the replacement and disappeared, leave from the contact. Time has passed more than a month. We can not install the door. If they correct their mistakes and deliver the box in the shortest possible time, I'll write about it here. If not, know that these are complete messengers: they take money, jig, answer for nothing and do not want to hide. So business is not done. It's more like a scam.
I do not recommend ordering doors in this company: the management does not cope with its duties - the terms are very stretched, they do not answer calls. The goods can get stuck on the border, at the factory. Then there may be difficulties with transport. And then an inexperienced master will come to you and install the doors for two weeks (I can send the photo) - the doors are spoiled, money for the wind. We are now waiting for six months to replace the warranty platbands. The doors are beautiful and are inexpensive, but the nerves are more expensive!
Despite oral promises and agreements, a complete breakdown of all kinds of connections and contacts followed without explanation. In simple terms, the seller has specifically merged. I am glad that we have not reached the contractual working relationship. Wasted time
