Completely inadequate service. If you ask something from the seller, the answer is very vague. Finds out the user manual and only starts learning from there next to the customer.
Good stuff for best price.
Misleading information about delivery times on the website and poor customer service when it comes to dealing with problems. They don't care about the problems the clients have due to their mistakes, and don't care about losing a client. The offline shop is not worth visiting (poor choice of shown devices and bad location). Prices are considerably higher compared to other electronic appliances resellers in Estonia.
Good customer service and the prices aren't bad either. Could be more products to see in the store though.
It's a perfect place to get good advice about appliances.
