I turned to Päikesedekoori OÜ in the hope of getting a blinding blind for the sunny room, I wanted a cassette blind system, 23.08. I wrote to the company and on August 28th. I received an offer from the company, which I immediately paid back at 137.00. I trusted their great website, but unfortunately it is not true. The window meter arrived and it was not until 15.09. incl. upon my multiple inquiries, the installer arrived. There was no room-dimming design: the curtain is narrower than glass and the window strip on the window does not obscure the light. The meter also did not explain that in such a cassette blind, the curtain remains narrower than the width of the window glass, and from there bright sunlight penetrates. the company's own website does allow professional advice and service and 2.a. warranties, but this seems to be just a homepage maker's own fantasy. My numerous appeals to the company have been left without a solution; it only says that it will not do otherwise. That's my warning, when you order something from this company, please don't be so trusting and pay the full amount. 50% would have been required and then there would have been hope for a round, but now that they have the money, they only have to go to other instances.
