Rude sales lady. Doesn’t take orders carefully. Was asking me to stop explaining my order as she was calculating the charges. Then messed up my order when there were barely any other people ordering. Its excusable when its very busy but it looked like she was doing me a favor taking my order. Will stop going. 90s customer service.
We ate there almost every day for a year but stopped last autumn after the lady's rude behaviour, horrible service, and messed up orders. They don't speak English, even if you try to say it in Estonian they don't take your order seriously. Even after telling them to exclude mustard from hotdog they keep doing it. Hotdogs are full of cheap ketchup, mustard and mayo without any balance in proportions (sometimes more or less). Never going back to this horrible place. It is better to go to Ragupesa, where the service is better and there is a place to sit inside.
Simple, rich and tasty meals as always
Thats not a burger, its majonees, ketchup and cabbage
Highest quality "fast food" you can find in the entire country probably. You can tell that people who run it truly care what and how they serve and do not cut any corners! Salmon burger and raspberry pancakes are personal favourites :)
