Ok
The cabin hides dangerous mistakes and does not take responsibility for them.
Poor service.
When calling and asking about information about one car, whether it is still there and whether it is possible to come and see it, they decide that the customer must call again, because they know for sure that otherwise they will not show up. The client was immediately insulted even when he assured them that he would definitely arrive. It is not taken into account at all that some customers have a working day during their opening hours and do not always have the opportunity or are not allowed to use the phone at work.
A much better approach would have been to simply ask if they could call again and ask if the customer was still interested, and it would have turned out that this would actually cause the customer problems at work and then immediately be able to call outside part-time.
The customer service representative created a situation where two customers came to see the car at the same time but both did not know each other.
Made inappropriate jokes at the expense of customers and did not apologize. All that was said against the offended customer was that he was just kidding.
The car was black inside and out. The spiders also walked inside. Car wash and repair there while.
The test drive could not be performed because the customer service representative came to work on the car himself and refueled it.
Didn't tell right away what's wrong with the car. After the purchase and returning the license plate to them, it turned out that he knew that there was something wrong with the car's engine. The customer service representative tried to reassure him that there was nothing crazy, because for a while he made a strange voice and then disappeared.
A dangerous mistake that could have stuck on the road and the cost of repairs could have been higher.
Got there and told the customer service representative, immediately asked "why didn't you say something?" as at this moment he does not stand in front and speak.
The invoice stated that since the car is used you should consider that the car is not in 100% condition. Of course, no one expects such a thing, but engine defects could at least be honestly told to the customer before buying.
By the way, why did he previously have a problem with not being able to report right away? Why contact them and talk about the problem at all, if now it's still the customer's own problem and fault?
The customer service representative said they did not know what was wrong with the car. They also asked if they did not control the cars. Claimed to still control. A complete contradiction.
She fell out to apologize for being a woman. Holy winter ... are you at work for the first time or don't you really know how to go looking for someone who knows when you don't know?
And what does someone's gender tell the customer at all?
The customer service representative then said he was not a mechanic. I wonder how it was appropriate for the client to minimize the problem when the client mentioned the concern?
Finally, he gave in and asked to write the phone number on the repair bill because he did not have such rights to decide whether or not to pay the bill.
They don't think they're trying to fix it, because so far no one has contacted or tried to fix the client's mind.
Dear future customers, if you have problems with them, do not count on help.
Dear company, send your customer service representative for training and make your company's rules clear so that the customer service representative can better inform future customers.
All the best!
(I posted a review in the wrong place before)
Poor service. Top downtime for the customer.
Lying and hiding as if there is no tomorrow.
A clear, unambiguous answer is not new.
