Lovely visit. If you are interested in traditional Estonian patterns and textiles, this is the place to visit! Estonian Folk Costumes are here to look at as well as patterns and books.

Today, the Heimtal Homeland Museum, which is part of the Estonian National Museum and was founded by textile artist Anu Raud, presents especially the Estonian handicraft tradition. The old school building, dating from 1864, also features artefacts related to the history of the village school. Today, the school is located in the nearby Heimtal manor, which is also worth seeing with its magnificent stable buildings. There are changing exhibitions in the courtyard building of the Local History Museum. Friendly service.

If you happen there, you can step in, but it wouldn't be worth waiting for too many experiences.
