One day the car simply did not start. All car services immediately warned that they would be able to do it no earlier than in three days. We contacted BMWabi, and we were told that yes, of course, bring it, we'll see.
We brought the car, warned us that we had checked that the fuel pump was giving the required pressure and that there was also a spark. The car was brought with the rear seat already disassembled, as they themselves checked the amount of fuel in two tanks.
They brought the car, left it, took the keys from us - and there was silence. Wednesday, Thursday, nothing. On Thursday afternoon, they called back, they say, is there any progress? We were told that right now we are pushing her into the box to diagnose.
Friday evening time. No call, nothing. We arrived at the place.
Only on the spot we were told that they could not open the hood, that they checked the pump, it gives pressure, they were sincerely surprised that we warned about this.
Before returning the car keys, the employee remarked that "it was disassembled a little", meaning the rear seats. The car was received by the same person, who had no idea what car was brought to him and in what form.
The hood of the car really opens with pliers. I admit that the workers of a car service that deals specifically with cars of this brand might not have guessed to pull the cable with pliers. But we called the car service at least four times. What prevented me from clarifying this point - I do not know.
They had a car for three days. For three days, they didn't just find the problem, didn't even open the hood for her.
When we were picking up the car, the employee stressed that "now we have another project, we can take care of the car on Monday."
I sincerely do not understand WHAT prevented the workers of this car service from immediately warning WHEN they can take up this particular car.
I definitely do not recommend BMWabi for at least BMW repairs, because in the case of BMW, they did not even cope with the bonnet cable.
____________
Changed after evacuation of the car to another service:
Without even driving the car into a box, without carrying out diagnostics, the Auto Mechanic just got in the car and immediately said: "she doesn't need to do anything, you will now drive it away." It turned out that this is the problem of this particular BMW model, when the car was damped to a cold one.
It took him no more than three minutes that BMWabi could not do almost three full working days.
They looked for a leakage current, they did not take it anywhere, but here they did it. I was satisfied. Thank.
