Very good spa hotel surrounded by beautiful nature of South Estonia. Staff are friendly and considerate. The pool is awesome. Massage is efficient and the rental offerings are very good. Food included in the package was freshly and nicely prepared. Thank you so much for your hospitality. All the best!
The service level was far below expectations. Rudeness, snapping by the staff and ignorance was common. Besides all that, although we were 20 minutes before 21 (when last orders could be done) in the pub, they told us we can't order anymore, leaving a group of 10 people (including 4 children) starving after 20 minutes of waiting. Definitely not going there again and definitely not suggesting the place to any of my friends and family.
From pool dirty grandpas looking straight to sauna and shower in women's side. Not for shy girls. Waterbuckect in sauna broken and empty. Keys won't stay on wrist, easily lost. Bit overpriced.
A beautiful landscape to see when you wake up, many available activities (swimming pool, skating, skiing, spa), solar chamber. Hotel is dog- and child-friendly. Our doggo was happy 🐶. Good internet, nice food, pub, restaurant, cozy rooms, and perfect location: 5 minutes by car to get to the mountain Väike Munamägi.
Really peaceful and confortable. Location on the big lake Is perfect for running and relaxing. The swimming pool offer a wonderful view on the lake.
