Elva Animal Clinic

Very sad experience. We bought worm medicine for the 2.5-month-old kitten, and when buying it, all the important factors were discussed (the kitten's age, weight and how much medicine should be given). The cat became completely apathetic and incapacitated after the grass was given. Then we called the University of Life Sciences Animal Clinic, where there is a 24-hour reception, and according to the information received there, the clinic sold the adult kitten worm medicine to the kitten, and the kitten received about 5 times an overdose. The next day I got a call to the Elva clinic that such a thing happened, but the attitude of the clinic employee was a very bad surprise. People may still be wrong, but the attitude was very wrong. Never apologized or anything, rather left the right ... The kitten could have died in a worse case due to this amount, but the doctor of the clinic there did not see the problem.

Pleasant service, everything is explained nicely - (if you do it the way it does otherwise) then compared to the city of Tartu, the cat is less stress-free, ie they were more flexible to follow. The owner to know is that home visits are not made. So the owners of fancy cars still have to arrive with their favorite.
