One of the ancient places in Estonia. Cool, well preserved, nice castle. Must visit

I visit the Cultural Center once a month in the evenings, because we do dance training there.

Nice place with many rooms. Suitable for smaller, chamber events. Decent cafe, parking and park with ponds in the area. Even the theater is in the same building.

A nice place where all kinds of events and activities take place besides culture.

The hall is small and bustling. It is impossible to enjoy decent music.
