Although I love the chain and individual store, ordering books to this store is a pain - I have been waiting for 10-15 minutes by now for service and noone has been at the checkout counter to help. The one employee who was behind the counter disappeared entirely. If you use the self-serve kiosks it might be better, but you can't pick up online order books that way.

Maybe the best store of the whole chain. Friendly staff, great selection and store is very easy to navigate.
