Employees are nice but the product itself is horrible. There is no fixed price to the mobile plan. They keep increasing monthly usage fee for no good reason. I really am not enjoying this Elisa product. Not good for me. I am looking for a better option if possible.

This phone service is terrible! I went into the shop and scheduled to have them stop the service on a specific date, but they never stopped the service and just kept sending me bills. Now they are claiming there is no note indicating to stop the service and are trying to get me to pay for their mistake and for months of service that I didn't even use!

I am very dissatisfied with the service😡 I bought a phone by installments. Exactly one week later (10.12) I handed it over for repair. And to this day 06.01. never saw him again. I listen to the info phone for 5 minutes, on the self-service site the robot answers with standard phrases. Bottom line: there is no phone, but they will force you to pay the bill! Complete disrespect for customers!
