We made the electricity connection in April 2020 and according to the contract, the electricity in the house had to be in 4 months - in August 2020. Nothing had happened by that time, and when we started investigating the matter, we first got a good reprimand from a given woman, that we really hope to get electricity before April next year (although the contract lasted 4 months!). Through Elektrilevi, we were still able to operate this company and do our job, but the end of February 2021 is here and so far nothing much has changed again. A notary had to take place with the neighbors, which also went blank, because the same woman who used to face our face forgot to let one of the neighbors know about the notary's time. So the house we have is ready, just standing, without heating at the moment, when it is over -20 degrees outside and, ironically, we probably won't get electricity before April 2021. I highly recommend not taking any services through this company!
