The induction hob was taken to the manufacturer's warranty repair - I got the hob back repaired and functional, but with deep scratches in the glass and back it was not even the most aesthetically put together, the base was all clad in a silicone-like product. It seems that foreign property is not valued and is handled sloppily. This is the second time you have not applied to this institution.

Call anytime, anywhere, always closed or workshop open. When you call Tuesday as the recording says, nobody answers. I've been waiting for a spare part for a month. Called as soon as you know was allowed. For how long? It takes one month to request one replacement. Get locked in if you don't want to interact with your customers!
