The sofa was ordered on 11.09.2020. Delivery was allowed with 8 weeks delivery (which was originally already in stock delivery time). Delivery was postponed every month until January 2021, where I asked for a refund. Very poor experience. Check your business background and be careful. Emails are answered once a week at best. The customer service phone is turned off from time to time and if someone manages to run out of handsets are '' so fast '' that there is no time to talk. It is impossible to get adequate information about your order. I would buy again only products in stock that can be received immediately. Reliability is also undermined by the fact that the company has a large tax debt.

The 2-4 week delivery time was 11 weeks. Every week a new promise "next week". You have to be active and drive.

The owner always makes promises that he does not keep and forgets things. The sofa finally arrived in 13 weeks, or 2x longer. When they arrived, they didn't even help bring the couch to the corridor. Very disappointed in everything.

Customer service down records! The sofa was delayed for more than half a year after the 8-week waiting period, no dates are kept and the promises of partial repayment remained only promises! The sofa was thrown in front of the apartment building to transport the woman to the apartment and no solution (including additional payment) was agreed to be discussed in order to transport the sofa to the room. After eight months of waiting! Terrible!

We even got the sofa before the time allowed and it was also brought home. Very comfortable and high quality.
