After 3.5 months of waiting without explanation and unpleasant behavior in the store, however, things are in hand

We had to chase them ourselves to get information about delivery times and delays for our products. The delay during the corona was understandable, but there was no information. We were brought the wrong product, in which case we had to chase ourselves when the right product arrived. It was supposed to arrive in a week, but we didn't get it until we found out where it was in a month. The transport workers scratched our floor (pictured).
