Honest feedback: Worst customer service ever received. Had to call a debt collection agency, talked to this lady. Spoke to me in a hostile tone, was combatant without a reason, could not provide a simple answer yes/no, nor she could give an estimated time of call back. I had an issue where their company made a mistake and contacted my employer when they were not supposed to, she refused to provide any details and kept repeating herself like a robot "the person is unavailable, I don't know what happened". Now given that we live in digital world I find this very lame not to know something if you work in the same office and very lame not to know how to access information from a cms, every user has an account and history of events along with user comments - memos from the employees. Additionally, she would refuse to call me back when I asked her to do so once she have sufficient information, just simply would not do it. On my 3rd call she hung up on me. On my fourth call I got to a different lady and here the fun part starts - as soon as she understood I am on the line, she ripped the phone off her colleague and raged into the speaker. By raged I mean literally started yelling like a crazy person, I am quite certain she was also fuming out of her mouth. Eventually I had to defuse the situation, ask her to calm down, go over my circumstances again, explain why the matter is so urgent to me and tell her what to do next: - write down my phone number - send a message to the person who assumably made a mistake - agree if she can call me back today or tomorrow Simple. To sum it up: Soft skills: 0 Willingness to help: 0 Subject knowledge: 0 Anger management: 0 I think she failed all the security measures too. Example - gave my full name and case details without confirming any details. Quite sure this is illegal without confirming a few pieces of personally identifiable information when it comes to phone support. Eventually she called me back as I instructed her to; however, tone of voice was aggressive, she did not introduce herself, did not confirm if the issue has been resolved, if I have any further questions. Most importantly - she admitted to their mistake, that they were not supposed to contact my employer and it was an error, but never took a chance to apologize. And lastly, she promised that a confirmation email was sent to the same email address, but it was not. So there is a chance I will have to deal with them again and will have to do whatever nonsense they come up with to get my money back. Dear Oksana, if you are reading this - please bear in mind that there are plenty of things in life that can go wrong and are completely out of your control. If one is in financial difficulties it does not mean you have a right to treat him disrespectfully. And lastly, if you promise - make sure to deliver. Spread the word, Internet.
