Strange feeling after entering into the building. It didn't get better while navigating in the house. Just go and find out what is this strange feeling :) Recommended

Strangely disorienting. We couldn't spend long as our 2 year old needed to go to the bathroom and getting her back in would've been a mission. Quite fun though. But not even a half day out, maybe an hour here max. If you are visiting the museum across the road (which is excellent) you can get a discount for this place too, apparently).

The upside house is a very nice place to go with friends and family. You can use your imagination to take nice pictures and videos upside down. The localisation is pretty nice, very neat of Estonian National museum.
