Pocket parking lot. Very bad experience. Card payments at ATMs didn't work. Took cash for the tenth time. On exit, you had to manually insert the card about 10 times. Customer Service Instead of looking for a customer friendly solution, I tried to make it clear that I was a fool myself and sent me over to the ATMs to find one. Paying for parking and driving away from the car park, which would otherwise take 5 minutes, took 20, and in the end I paid for it too.
