Not recommended to anyone. Paper-based management takes an insanely long time. They say they haven't done anything, but I still do! Things didn't get clear, I changed my driving instructor right away. A very nervous driving instructor named Madis. This is the way to drive calmly when the teacher yells at every mistake.
