It's a miracle this dive has even survived this long. If you haven't been in Eastern European dive bars in late 1980s, pay a quick visit. Around the corner, there's a popular hipster restaurant, though.

Total adventure! Try to grab a party by DJ Heiki and co. Happens ~1-2 a month! Crazy stuff for acquired taste.

Like going back in time about 20 years. Abit startling at first, but the food was actually quite good. Salad was fresh and the fried potatoes were very good. It was cheap, you could read the daily newspaper and I am considering going back from time to time. As a tourist I would first go to the KGB cells and then to eat at Sodiaak. A full ''experience'' I imagine. The interior will most likely not make you stay very long...so you can enjoy the rest of Tartu.
