Extremely poor customer service. I ordered work from them through the hange.ee environment. When I contacted me after announcing the winner of the tender, it took a long time before the work was undertaken because there was a season. I gave my tenant contacts so that he could show and receive the work, because I live in another city. The tenant also asked me several times if a worker would come at all. Eventually, the tenant was contacted, the tenant was away from the city at the time, but the worker nevertheless decided to do the work immediately. There was no handover or acceptance of the work, I just received an invoice. The tenant took the pictures, sent me, said that otherwise a decent job, but one thing the worker did differently than specified in the procurement. I wrote to the worker that the work does not yet meet the requirements, do you fix it. Then it was pushed back that I had written vaguely in the tender and that there was an additional price for additional work. When I disagreed on this, the corrections were made and the work was brought into line with the requirements, but I was still billed and now my sloppiness is being stubbornly put around my neck.
