I am very happy that I came to this clinic! Very specific, correct staff, attitude towards the client is generally indescribable, well done, attention, care of the patient! And most importantly, all the girls and boys are in their place! A huge human and dog thanks to them !!!

Scary Doctor Ave Kupper. Don't bring your animals to her. The cat had inflammation, there was a lot of blood in the urine, we came the same day we discovered the problem. Analyzes were made, the bill was € 110, only prescribed a painkiller and was sent home as the urine test response was to come only the next day, calling was allowed. When asked what the reason might be, he said that stress, maybe a change in the home or neighbors having a new pet, in a word, no wise doctor said. I, who is not a veterinarian, can in the same way assume, although there is no need for a specialist, it is immediately apparent that the animal has cystitis. The next day, nobody called me, I called myself, the receptionist said everything was fine, the doctor said he would not prescribe antibiotics or anything else. I asked to call a doctor, was told that the doctor is busy, but they are still waiting, maybe tomorrow it will turn out something, so tomorrow the doctor will call. The doctor did not call again, I had to call myself, then he was busy, then I already got over and we went to another clinic. Before that, I said they would send me the test answers and based on them, another clinic immediately said that the young cat was not in good shape, the cat had inflammation and was immediately stained for treatment. Now the cat is really better and thanks to the vet Ave Kupper we had to wait 3 days and the cat got worse every day. Such "professionals" could change their profession, you would not treat the animals, you would kill them.
