Multilingual and customer-friendly customer service, dusty shelves / products are some of the many reasons to stay away from Evelatus's Eden dealership. Among other things, even the phone's protective glass was slanted over. I bought my Evelatus phone for my grandmother's birthday in good faith and on the recommendation of a customer service representative, which was a catastrophic disappointment.

A terrific shop, but you can't expect much from a Latvian company. When it comes to buying something like a phone case or protective glass, there is a choice. Phones of non-existent quality and warranty repairs are long lasting. The chargers are on the same level as in 2013 and the customer service personnel do not speak Estonian.
