Otherwise, everything on the computer went beautifully and there were no scratches on the computer. PC Expert found the required processor and replaced it (it is +) but when I arrived at the computer, I checked that yes the processor has been replaced and I start to close the screen / cover and I feel that somehow the hard screen closes, the master said yes it also seemed strange. Okay, I went home. At home I made the screen open… even harder going… I try to close, does not close absolutely. I took the computer back the same day with the lid open. On the spot, the master took it apart and it turned out that: 1 the soul got stuck (I repeat - before years everything worked) and a crack appeared in the metal frame of the screen (closing the screen?). We agreed with the master to leave the computer for repair. The result is that I was placed with no hinges (that work the same as my own old ones) and another screen (a plastic lid on the face of the rats chewed and the matrix has a defect of pixels very much interfering) on ​​my old screen stayed with them. Master Henri Asi promised to find the right screen and put it back (I think it was / is possible to remove the steel frame and hinges from the chewed screen and put it in my screen), but now there are no results for several months (COVID quarantine is over). The master does not already reply to the letter. I don't want to say so much, but the feeling that my screen was "stolen" from my computer. The story took place in the period 2020.04 - 2020.07
