This company is not an important customer, it's money. In the case of a warehouse product, you have to pay the return shipping costs yourself (there is no reason for the damage of EUR 3.) and the customer service representative claims that it is not their fault that they ship the scrap product. For this company, every euro is so important that it will lose its client rather than the euro! Just sorry!
