Very good offer for this price in Tartu city center. Apartment is very clean and it has all nessesary amenities inside. Everything works, and seems like the apartment is recently renovated. We r living in the apartment 46.

The ventilation outlet in the toilet was very dusty and therefore gross. The tableware was broken. The shower cabin floor had black mold. A very good location. Decent breakfast.

Nothing to write home about, but the apartments are in the middle of the town so that's a bonus. The fit and finish of the apartments leaves to be desired, needs some basic tlc.

Nice place, near to city centre, but TV and WiFi not working and staff can't fix it.
