Art Hotel Pallas

Nice clean rooms, really good customer service.

Renovated in 2020. Good bed, linen, pillows. Looks more than 3* hotel. Really large TV. Lots of channels, could not figure out how to change the language of the channels. Bathroom clean with a bath, shampoo, vanity set all there. There was a strange smell in the bathroom, probably some cleaning solution. It was quite strong, didn't like it. Coffee machine in room, milk and sugar. It would be nice to have more than 2 sugar sticks. Mini fridge in the closet, no stuff inside though, except milk for coffee. Really nice view, but noisy because of the street below and floor to ceiling windows. You can really hear the cars and wind blowing. So if you want a quieter stay, then opt for a room on the other side of the building. Reception staff quick and nice, made the reservation by calling a few hours before stay. Got a good room with a good price. Breakfast buffet okay in Reval cafe.

Love the bed! Wifi is fast. As for it's location, cleaness, giant window and great view, definately worth more than 3 stars!
