Brilliant customer service and a great place for a stay! Perfect location in the middle of Tartu next to the old town square.

Cosy and everything there what's needed. Very good receptionist who was helpful finding a men's hairdresser for me. Breakfast average.

Room was spacious, bathroom as well, no bath, only shower, but it was big. Clean, good choice of TV channels, a bit noisy at night, but could be a lot worse due to the location of the hotel. Breakfast is good, all the choices you would expect are there. The only thing I didn't expect was machine coffee made from instant coffee. You can get proper coffee, lattes and such for extra charge. Instant coffee just has a very distinctive taste and for a 4* star hotel breakfast service I would not have expected that.

Great place, very friendly staff and nice welcome. Yet no minibar, or coffee machine in the room, no iron or ironing bord, and was offered to bring one myself to the room by the staff, breakfast was just ordinary.
