I graduated from the Estonian Maritime School's two-year training for inland waterway boat drivers in the spring of 2018. I studied mechanics under Eino Arend and Valter Paku's introduction to materials studies has opened up a lot of background for me. Paul Kooser (we remember him) encouraged us to study and Lembit Põld pushed us forward. I did internships on several ships, my course had the best people from all walks of life.
