They have only Diesel and 98. Strange choice, but keep it in mind. So unless you have miscalculated your consumption, and running on steam, then might as well go elsewhere. The fuel and tanking experience are quite okay actually. But be ready for a longer wait in line - there is just on pump and quite a lot of people are still finding themselves to be driving on steam :)

Good place for a pitstop. Big parking lot, some classic fast food options, cold beverages, possibility to sit inside or outside. Customer service is a bit rough (don't expect a smile), but that's common to Estonia - especially in small places like this.
