Beautiful house next to a small lake surrounded by peace and quiet. Plenty of space for a mid-sized group around the table. Will also accomodate up to 20 people for an overnight stay. Access to a spacious sauna for an additional fee. The house also has a large balcony with a wood-fired hot tub overlooking the lake. I highly recommend this place for any type of gathering.

Great little vacation house next to a small lake. Really friendly and helpful owners. Quiet and serene location with a nearby train railway stop for a quick transfer to Tartu or further. Perfect to use for a company retreat or for small gatherings. You can take a swim in the lake as well relax in the wood-fired hot tub. Plenty of space for gatherings and meals. Outside furnace for smoking meat, barbecue, and campfires. Surrounded by forests and tranquil farmlands. Neighbours are a little bit too close to the campsite but not significantly disturbing. Guests have available to them a sauna with a big shower room and a direct path to the lake for some late night dipping.
