Ok
My husband took the tools to sharpen them. There was a very good and fast service. The waiting time was 1 hour only. We recommend.
He came back more broken than he went in, the bolts half open and the ball bearings moving. It was a mistake that their work was not reviewed on the spot, of course. The service also leaves much to be desired. The phone may not be answered in the store. The raider flew under the blade, put the old one back (and without sharpening it, though). The check stated "new grain". I don't take the machine there anymore, I didn't want to make a big scene in the shop because they aren't very welcoming there. Vb exceptional case, but the service culture a bit nigel + strangely incomplete working methods.
