The staff inspecting the door and distributing the masks are very rude. Can't hear why we came. Then they shout at people. There are no complaints about other doctors and staff, and I wish strength and health to the doctors who do their best to take care of people's health.

Staff communication is simply inhuman and arrogant, especially to the older generation.
