The bank building was built in 1932-33. The bank building is located on the Rakvere shopping area (Turuplats 2). The building was designed by engineer F. Adolf. Typical of a small town, the bank building is located on the low open ground of the trading floor, surrounded by a stone wall (made of limestone). In 1928, the planned competition did not take place: instead of the originally planned grandiose multifunctional building with rental apartments, a rather restrained compact two-story building was built, on the ground floor of which there were shops. If you enter the building from the side of Parkali street, we will go through the hall, where the functional premises of the bank are located, which occupy 2 floors. From the courtyard you can get to the third floor, in the apartment.
