Talking to your sister over the phone can almost never get you any help. The nurse doesn't take the blood nicely and generally just raps with everything, is rude and lies and doesn't understand the story. It is not advisable to treat yourself in such a worm's nest

Impossible to get on the phone. The quality of medical care is good, but getting information from a distance is difficult.
