Very bad experience when ordering from the e-shop. Only promises and "don't know" answers, ignoring. The sofa promised for 4-6 weeks did not arrive in 12 weeks, and after asking for a refund, the attitude is, to put it mildly, indifferent. Money back was promised in 14 days, we'll see.

Many thanks to the woman who served us today when choosing the fabric for the sofa. She treated us with attention and courtesy. The service was very pleasant today. Previously, they somehow did not want to communicate in Russian and always ran away somewhere. Will go back to this store to buy furniture.
