Very nice rooms, good service, although the internet os pretty bad

Room was situated on the second floor, no elevators!!! Shower has good pressure, but it's slippery! Sauna is good, although it could be warmer, some minor issues like broken doorknob, shower worn out etc. I guess that after the hotel was renovated nobody took really care about smaller issues. Bathroom has floor heating and the sink is normal sized. Room is very big and very clean, TV could be one size bigger, furniture looks simple but gives a nice retro touch, it is also minimalistic (but you have enough space to store things). Beds are comfy and pillows are good. Wifi is an issue: in our room the hotel wifi didn't work/worked very poorly but we had another wifi nearby which was also poor, but we could reach the outside world. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking lot can get dirty and muddy. There are works going on (at least there are signs) , but the hotel deserves a good 4 star rating. Recommended for one or two nights.

Quiet, clean, nice hotel

The room was pretty good, by European standards. The junior suite was very spacious and included a sauna. It was available, last minute, while all the surrounding hotels were unrealistically priced. Check in went well and we had no problem getting to our room. Beware, no lift/elevator, so pack lightly or prepare for a potential walk up three flights of stairs. On with the bad: They need to clean the couch upholstery, badly. It appears a couple had a very romantic weekend on it...☹️ a colleague said his had a lingering aroma of unwashed men straight from the sauna. The breakfast reviews are mixed: Some things were very good, others were terrible. My advice to the hotel, do fewer options, better. The hard boiled eggs were underdone (an unpleasant surprise) and the scrambled eggs were too. Scrambled eggs are not supposed to be “under water”. The meat and cheese selection was typical, cereals were legit. The juice machine was out of one and the other two options were gross. Overall, I would stay again, in a pinch, but it isn’t my first choice.
