The hospital building is located on Vaba street right behind the historic house seen here on photos. I visited the Emergency dept and the staff was friendly and helpful - and no queue an all, compared to major cities.

It is a very unprofessional hospital. I have heard many stories of how some hospital staff have done a poor job with people and made the patient's situation more difficult. I recommend going to Tallinn if you still want to get things right.
