Great museum!

Even It's a small museum but it's very informative and also lovely and cosy place. It has in-house exhibition about Sweden settlers on Estonian coast. It shows history from 12 century till the middle 19 century. Very interesting stand with old musical instruments.

A small museum not too far from Haapsalu's center. Definitely worth the time if you're interested in the history of the western parts of Estonia from a bit of a different point of view. We visited for my sister's birthday and spent about 3 hours looking around and chatting with the staff but you could make it in an hour if just interested in the exhibitions. They also hold gatherings for the local elders with Swedish roots and sell their crafts at the register. ((+ bonus points for a cool wall carpet that covers one whole room))
