The year 2018 was going and very good memories were. This year, I booked by email and also received a reply to my reservation. Later, writing and calling to make a prepayment as posted on the webpage was no longer answered. Finally, 4 days later, I was informed that I was booked to others, even though I had received a booking confirmation from them.
