Well maintained, nice church building.

The cornerstone of Mustvee Church was laid on 5 May 1877. In 1878, a tower built on a weak foundation collapsed. The Neo-Gothic church was completed and consecrated on July 27, 1880. On May 11, 1939, during the renovation work, the roof of the church caught fire. The fire could not be extinguished - only the stone walls were preserved. The church was restored and consecrated on Christmas Eve 1939.
