Disgusting customer service. I went in the other day, one cash desk is working and a line of three people. Another staff of three workers was spinning in the hall, and the rest chatted in the back room. He went to an empty ticket office, stood for 5 minutes, turned around and left. In the neighboring ticket office, the line did not advance and the service staff did not fit. Close pharmacies, let them reduce such workers работников
