ℹ️ Built in 1967 and renovated in 2017. Rugodiv organizes about 1300 events every year, which means about 300 000 participants. There are 15 clubs for singing, dancing, drama and other hobbies. And why Rugodiv? Because it used to be Narva's name.

The House of Culture "Rugodiev" was built in 1967. From 1967 to 1993 it was called "The House of Culture. 50th Anniversary of October "and was until 1992 the departmental institution of the Trade Union Committee No. 114 of the plant" Baltiets ".
