Modern theathre for various activities. Apparently the seats used to be better back in the 80s. Can't confirm those claims. Audio setup is good and they have some lights too.

ℹ️ Built in 1967 and renovated in 2017. Rugodiv organizes about 1300 events every year, which means about 300 000 participants. There are 15 clubs for singing, dancing, drama and other hobbies. And why Rugodiv? Because it used to be Narva's name.

The House of Culture "Rugodiev" was built in 1967. From 1967 to 1993 it was called "The House of Culture. 50th Anniversary of October "and was until 1992 the departmental institution of the Trade Union Committee No. 114 of the plant" Baltiets ". In 1992 the House of Culture was transferred to the balance of local self-government. Among the Narvins, a contest for the best name of the House of Culture was announced. As a result of the competition, since 1993 it has become known as "Rugodiev" (this is the old name of Narva).
