I made an order not via social networks, but by e-mail. After 5 days, I called, they said that they would check the mail and would definitely answer today. Did not answer. I called again after 2 days. They said that a lot of work before March 8 and after will answer. They answered only on March 12th. 12 days to take an order is too long.
