Sitting here and waiting for help. One man is coming and asking what we need help with and when he found out what we need help with he walks way. Then insted he picks customers with easier cases, and that is behand us in the waiting line. This is bad customer service!!!

Some personnel don't know their product well. Made me walk out since nothing (lol) didn't fit my needs. Bought my phone from Click.

Terrible service, I bought the phone, it turned out to be defective, I went within 24 hours and wanted to return the phone, they can return the phone in the first day, but they told me to do an examination, they sent it to the Lithuanian mttc service, which is located in Tallinn, in the end I the display was replaced there. I wrote to mttc why they repaired, and not replaced with a new one, they said write to the dealer to refuse, that is, Elisa. Never buy phones there unless you want to regret it.
