Brilliant design and great quality. This is my must stop everytime I am in Tallinn. It is impossible to leave from the store empty handed! The visit to Kaissu Interiors salon on Liivalaia Street was very pleasant. Very businesslike and at the same time friendly service and a cozy salon. However, I placed the order from the e-shop and it went well as well. The time to complete the order was 4-6 weeks, I was hoping for 4, but the goods arrived in exactly 6 weeks. The e-service also works great for the company, letters are answered relatively quickly. Allowed 10 years. In order to receive a guarantee, the product must be registered within 30 days of receiving the invoice. It seemed a little strange. Why such a bit of a strange move if the product has a "10 year warranty" in bold and no link a la "see terms and conditions" has been added. The bed itself is decent and the assembly is very easy and took only 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately, you are not happy with the fabric of the head cushion. This particular fabric (not in terms of tone, but in terms of fabric structure) does not match the plywood and is also disturbed by the yellow guides under the stitches. The softening probably needs to be done again.
