For the preparation of the premises and the availability of equipment - 5, and for the inflexibility (repeatedly) in dealing with clients and hidden conditions (only in their favor) - 1.
Therefore, only - 3!
If personnel training (in communication) and policy in the relationship "client-firm" change, then the rating will definitely be higher.
