Walked in with 2 small kids and asked at the till if they sell any swings - the staff member was very unhelpful, said we should go and check ourselves the outside terrace :( would have expected some effort to help a customer , BTW - have not found anything where she send me, so just wasted time draging kids around. Will not come back there

If the employees need to find something from the back, they dont. I have asked them 3 times in the last half year and every time they dont find the product. Even if their website shows multiple in stock.
