Delicious, one of the best sushi I tried in Tallinn. Well done for customer service:)

I ordered it through a bolt .. as soon as I went into the corridor with the package, I didn't even open the box, the smell of fish hit my nose (not in a good way) .. even an abundant amount of ginger and wasabi did not drown out the most unpleasant taste of something sea (like the smell of the sea in Pirita in June))) .. the appearance is also not a fountain .. did not master a third, threw it into the trash.

Very small rolls, undercooked rice. I ordered food through the bolt. The courier stood for an hour waiting for the order, but we were waiting for a miracle, we thought if it took so long to cook, then there would be wonderful sushi. As a result, after almost two hours of waiting for the order, we received tiny rolls, with undercooked rice crunchy on our teeth, and even with the appearance as if the rolls were made at least a day ago. And for the record, to indicate the price per kilogram is the norm and requirement in Estonia, and to call ourselves innovators is silly.

Tasty, we liked it! Affordable prices, you can eat every day. It is very convenient that you can take just a piece.

And so, this is not about big rolls and some kind of luxury. This is about decent quality and excellent service for the money! The company opened quite recently, as I understand it, it is a Ukrainian rolls franchise. The company already has 2 points in Tallinn. I made an order on Sunday evening 25.10, but did not see that it was not a delivery but a self-pickup. N.B they do not have their own delivery, if you want to order to your home, then only through the wolt or bolt food application. There is nothing like that, I just somehow did not see this moment. We agreed that I would come for them the next day. When I arrived (without calling them or notifying them at what time) I was well served, they did not bake rolls until I arrived, thank you very much for that! This is the right approach! Also, due to the current situation, I was offered free coffee during baking, communicated with me kindly and respectfully, and also added a free roll to my order as compensation! This is (in my opinion) the European level of service, which I lack in our my sushi, sushi panda, etc., where a couple of times they did not report something to my order, and then I waited a couple of days for monetary compensation. Pay attention to the photo. Yes, this is not nearly the level of competitors in terms of size, but this is their feature! All this cost 10 euros. Where have you seen such prices? This is a great option to set a buffet table or a table with snacks. I wish you success in your development in Estonia, we need such restaurants. Separate respect for the woman at the checkout who served me.
